Plain numbers. Nothing that climbs when you're not looking.
Two ways to buy Zone Ten. The admin agent is a subscription — one flat monthly for the whole business, from £450, plus a one-off onboarding from £1,500 to build it around you. Chatbots, voice agents and custom builds are one-off projects — a fixed price agreed at scoping, with an optional monthly Tune-up to keep them sharp. Either way, start with the free audit and see the hours before you spend a penny.

Not yet availableThe free audit finds the lost hours. Core takes them over — one-off onboarding from £1,500, then from £450 a month. Complete extends it once Zone Ten has proved itself in your business.
Built once, priced once.
Chatbots, voice agents and custom agents are one-off builds: a fixed price on a one-page scope before we start, support included at launch, and a monthly Tune-up if you want it kept sharp. Full tier detail lives on each service page.
| Service | Core | Plus | Complete | Tune-up retainer | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AI Chatbots | £900 | £1,800 | £3,400 | £120/mo | See tiers |
| AI Voice Agents | £1,400 | £2,800 | £5,500 | £180/mo | See tiers |
| Custom AI Agents | £2,800 | £6,000 | from £11,000 | from £400/mo | See tiers |
Every project price is fixed in writing at scoping — the number on the scope is the number on the invoice. Call minutes and phone-line costs on voice builds are passed through at cost and estimated up front. You can cancel the Tune-up in any month; your build keeps working without it.
We commit to a fix, not just a reply.
Plenty of suppliers promise a fast response. Far fewer put a resolution time in writing. Once your calls, enquiries and admin run on Zone Ten, that difference is everything — so here's ours, in black and white. Tune-up retainer clients get the Core column's commitments on their builds.
| Commitment | Zone Ten Core | Zone Ten Complete |
|---|---|---|
| Support hours | Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 UK time (GMT/BST) | Extended hours, priority queue |
| Response — urgent issue | Within 1 business day | Within 4 business hours |
| Response — general query | Within 2 business days | Within 1 business day |
| Fix target — urgent issue | Next business day | Same business day |
| Planned downtime | None in business hours | None in business hours |
| Named point of contact | Yes | Yes — priority line |
On availability: we don't publish an uptime percentage, because a number like 99.9% is a promise about infrastructure we'd have to be able to underwrite around the clock. What we will commit to: no planned downtime during your business hours, and you hear from us before you notice a problem, not after.
If you are outside the UK: these hours are UK time, and response and fix targets are measured in UK business hours — not yours. We would rather say that plainly than imply cover we do not staff. If your business needs support inside your own working day, tell us before you sign and we will be straight with you about whether we can commit to it.
"Urgent" means Zone Ten can't do its job — something has stopped working. The fix target is when we aim to have you running again, not when we pick up the phone. Full terms live in your service agreement, which you see before you sign anything.
Live in weeks, not quarters.
Free audit
Two minutes on how your week runs. Zone Ten shows what it would take off your plate. No card, no commitment.
Scoping & onboarding
We agree the first tasks to hand over — or scope your build — and wire Zone Ten into the tools you already use. Days, not months.
First week, first hours back
Zone Ten starts on your highest-impact, lowest-risk task — usually invoice chasing or inbox triage — so you feel the difference immediately, and you approve everything.
Hand over more
As Zone Ten proves itself, you pass it more of the week. Backed by the SLA the whole way, and you can cancel with a month's notice.
