Your data, plainly.
No legal fog. This page says what we collect, why, where it goes and how to make us delete it.
Who we are
Zone Ten AI is operated by Zone Ten AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for this website. Questions about anything on this page? Email [email protected].
What we collect, and why
The free admin audit asks about how your business week runs, and takes an email address so we can follow up. Your report is generated and shown on screen straight away, and you can download it as a PDF — we do not currently email it to you. We process that on the basis of your consent — you chose to fill it in.
The enquiry form takes your name, your business name, a phone number and your message, and stores them on our own server alongside the audit answers so we can get back to you. We process that on the basis of your consent, and we use it to reply to you — nothing else. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to reply and to remember what we discussed (legitimate interest).
That's it. No account, no tracking pixels, no analytics, no cookies, and no third-party fonts or scripts — everything this site loads is served from our own server, so no other company sees that you visited. The one thing stored in your browser is a single sessionStorage entry, zt-wordmark-played, so our logo animation doesn't replay on every page you open. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to our server, it identifies nobody, and your browser throws it away when you close the tab.
The AI part, honestly
Your audit answers are processed by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, to write your report. Under Anthropic's commercial terms this data is not used to train their models. Processing may take place outside the UK under Anthropic's standard contractual safeguards. We send only what you typed into the form — nothing else about you exists for us to send.
Where it lives, how long
Your audit answers, your report and anything you send through the enquiry form are stored on our own server so we can follow up. We aim to hold them no longer than 12 months. Being straight with you: there is no automated deletion job running in the background, so treat that 12 months as the intention we work to, not a schedule the software enforces on our behalf. What we do guarantee is the request — email us and yours is deleted within 30 days, every time.
What we never do
Sell your data. Add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for. Send "just checking in" drip campaigns. Share your information with anyone except the AI processing above.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict it or take it elsewhere. Email us and it's handled. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Client work
When we build for you, access to your systems and data is governed by your service agreement, which is more specific than this page and takes precedence for that work. The standing commitments hold everywhere: your data is never used to train public AI models, everything the admin agent sends is approved by you first, and chat or voice agents reply only from answers you signed off when we built them.
