Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are starting points, because what a build costs depends on what you need it to do. Your actual price is fixed in a written scope before any work starts, and we hold to it: the number on the scope is the number on the invoice. We do not revise it afterwards because the work took us longer than we expected — that risk is ours, not yours. If what you ask for changes mid-project, we agree a new scope and a new number with you in writing before we carry on. Nothing on this website is a contractual offer; the signed scope and service agreement are.
The free audit
The audit is guidance generated by AI from what you tell us. It's honest and useful, but it isn't accounting, legal or professional advice, and decisions you take on it are yours. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Service and the SLA
Response and fix commitments described on this site apply to clients under a signed service agreement, which sets them out precisely. They are not offered on the free audit or general enquiries.
What's ours, what's yours
The website, its words, design and the Zone Ten AI marks are ours. Your data and your business information are yours — always, including after you leave.
Liability
For paid work, our liability is capped at the fees you've paid us for the work in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The website is provided as-is; we work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee either at every moment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — when the service changes, or the law does. The version on this page is always the current one, and the date it was last changed is at the bottom. If you are a client under a signed service agreement, nothing we change here alters that agreement; we would come to you directly to vary it. We won't slip a material change in quietly — where it matters, we'll say so on this page.
Notices
Formal notices to us should be sent to [email protected], and are treated as received on the next business day. Zone Ten AI Ltd's registered office address will be published here and in the site footer once the company's filing is complete; until then, that email address is the address of record for notices. Notices to you go to the email address on your scope or service agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
